To book walks, you must have had an initial consultation at your home and signed our consent form. Please get in contact via one of the methods outlined in the Contact page to arrange a free initial consultation. After your initial consultation, you can book walks via text, stating the dates and times you would like your walks. Please see the 'What Times Do You Offer Walks' section of this FAQ to find out our opening/walk times. If you require the same days and times every week, we will discuss this at your initial consultation. You will not need to book as your walks will always be booked in.

We offer 3 group walks a day Monday - Friday; a morning walk, a midday walk and an afternoon walk. Morning walks may start up to 60 minutes after the advertised time (9 AM). Midday walks may start up to 90 minutes before or 60 minutes after the advertised time (12 PM). Afternoon walks may start up to 60 minutes before or after the advertised time (2PM). Bank Holidays are available only to regular clients* * regular clients = those who have the same walks scheduled every week.

At Bennett's Dog Walking, we don't offer one-to-one walks. This may sound impersonal, but your dog would much rather make friends with other lovely dogs to run around with and it works wonders for their social skills!

We pick up your dog in our purpose built dog van, which has temperature control (AC) and lighting inside the dog kennels. The van kennels' floors are lined with rubber matting to prevent any slipping. There is also a dog-safe space between the kennels and the cab for dogs who don't like to go in the back of vehicles. We do not have any driving convictions or points on our drivers licenses.

To access your property and pick up your dog for their walks, we require a copy of your house key. We keep clients' keys safe and secure at all times. Our insurance policy includes £10,000 loss of key cover, which covers changing of locks, new keys and protection of your property in the unlikely event of your key being lost. For £2 extra per walk, we attach the TRACTIVE GPS tracker to your dog's collar. We recommend this service for any client who is not confident in their dog's recall ability. Clients who pay for GPS tracking can opt in to receiving route reports. These reports are screenshots of the route their dog took on the walk, recorded by the GPS tracker. GPS route reports are usually sent out at the end of the day (after 3PM).
